And 3K+ of them were power fans. So 20K pies at the G is terrible. We had 19K at marvel where our supporters hate going to and on a cold 8 degrees sat night, plus no good for young families. Today perfect day, sunny.
I have always said about the pies when they show even an ounce of shitness their fans go AWOL

Thats true but our lowest home crowd at the G this year was Sydney in Round 3 43.6k. A long way to drop that by another 20k.
It will be interesting to see how many we get next Sunday, somewhere around the same I would think, low 40ks
Who assesses when teams are in heavy training blocks? I see it raised here from time to time to justify a string of below par form but have never heard Dimma mention it.
We sure are. You could see that on Friday. Sell out at the Gabba. Their 2 previous home games were 20k against Port and 15k against Freo. Sellout when we show up shows both that we have a lot of fans north but we also draw a lot of home fans out. Its why teams want to play us interstate and not at the G.
Just reply, when was the last time you guys won a flag?

Yep, you can add no trains either that night, there is constant railworks happening on the Belgrave & Lilydale lines, will be happening for a few years yet. Had to bus it there every station to Camberwell, then train to Flinders, then wait nearly another 20 mins just to get to Southern Cross, disgrace.
They won't make top 4. No chance.
It will be Smelbourne, Doggies, Brisbane and the Sooks in the top 4. We'll sit in the bottom half with Sydney, Port Powder and the West Coast Druggies. Need to finish 5th or 6th to get a home final. Win that and every chance we won't have to leave the G!
The Salt will then grow to epic proportions

yep, you really want to be involved in the 2021 finals,
cause there will be 7 sides there who dont have a genuine claim to be premiers IMO.
I've heard that too about train lines which are causing havoc getting into the city. I drove in and parked at marvel $32 what a rip off but I knew that would be it, no more playing at marvel in 2021
