Agree. Complete farce that we continue with players who can influence matches like King and not give passengers like Nahas a decent run.

I see your skill at Sarcastaball is improving Baloo! Soon you will be good enough to play for the Broncos. ;D

That's weird, he was born in Perth.

You're right, he's a WA boy. I thought I had read he wanted out, but now I can't even find info on that. I swear, sometimes I just make up *smile* as I go along.

When's the last time someone of ours who was considered by "us" to be completely useless actually got a go at another AFL club?

EDIT - Other than those who have gone to Adelaide.

Polo, Pattison, Fiora

Wasn't Otto called the big donut before he left?

The first bloke I'd want gone from the Club , one of the very few players in my dealings who comes across as his *smile* don't stink, poor work ethic and IMHO the softest and most selfish player on the list.

That's a beaut bake, Mr Chips. He must have it coming.

Someone else posted that they had a bad experience with him, (at the JD Medal from memory). Perhaps because he knew he was gone?

Anyway he was effective a few years ago and I think the team and the improved speed and desperation in the Tiges game passed him by.

And I can't figure out why he stopped kicking on his left. Granted he wasn't natural at it but he was better than "never by the left".

Oh well. Played a role. Played AFL footy for the best club in the country. Everything else, even if he gets another AFL gig, will be second best.

Fun Ha!

agreed

Ooookay. So apart from Polo, Fiora, Patterson, JON (who took HIM?), the Adelaide cohort, & Ottens (Don't think people thought the donut to be completely useless, actually, but anyway), what useless players have been drafted by other AFL clubs?

Actually, the reason I even asked this question initially was to try to see if it would indicate the improved depth in our list. But the above named players were picked up and played by other sides when we were not going that well.

Schulz & Ottens would have been kept if not for Richo the Great.

Raines, Rodan, Meyer

The Gus Bus is an example of a brilliant player who was traded due to the farcical nature of our development.

Haha! Starting to sound like "well what have the Romans ever done for us" ;)
