Yes Craig, the 2004 draft now goes down as very poor, only Deledio and Tambling lifting it above disastrous.

Add to that disaster the JON, HUGHES and CASS effort the year after. :p MITCHELL CLARK anyone ffs, i sooked about it draft day and i still feel sick about it,.

Fair Dinkum the footy department has been an abject unmitigated disaster.

With Cotchin, Vickery, Post , Rance, Jack and Collins maybe they are starting to get it right.

Wallet and Miller have held this club back and anyone who thinks otherwise is an amoeba.

Cmon... 150 points... 150 points...

Surely if we lose by 150 points, March won't have enough guts to hire Rawlings.

Agree. If The Blade had any chance of coaching next season it just went out the window today

that is only half the problem though jinx - the other is how many players we need to replace at years end and wont be able to as there are far too many and we wont be doing that in such a shallow draft.

time to look at asking Sheeds to coach us - after all he may be the best thing left that may consider doing it. Im sure that anything that is left now are dregs and not worth taking.

Won't get that high.

Don't forget the 'foot off the pedal' tactic that good teams use in the last quarter.

No way - they are going for % now - we will be lucky if we dont get done by 200

At least a 100+ point loss will smash another hole in our percentage and should keep us below Coasters, Kangas and hopefully Frockers will win tomorrow.

A Trengrove may yet be a tiger with #3.............................. then again

A win against Hawthorn next week is certain. They're gonna rest the best.

Young ones!!! They are already playing!!! There is Post, and the rest aren't worth a cracker!
have not looked at your team so i would not know and have not read half of this thread just saying what i saw i hope there is enough young ones then left if too many get rubbed out !

The players clearly have no respect for Joel.

I get the fact we are beyond *smile* but where's the effort?

It's like a *smile* training drill.

Seriously, Cotchin and Collins are walk up starts,Foley, Post probably, but after that....this certainly isn't the best the team we can field, but there ain't like 10 18 year olds banging down the door.

All this garbage about players having no respect for Joel etc. So many of the guys on our list do not have respect for the jumper. The basic principle of the club.

This should prove to so many people that as bad as today was that perhaps Jade was right in dumping guys like Bowden, Brown, Cogs, Tuck, Simmonds add tot hat group Pettifer and JON. Yes we will have a new coach next year. It surely wont be Jade but the positive side is that we will have some decent footballers around who will grow to respect the RFC.

It will be good to see pruning time this year....only two weeks to go before the shears come out. Prune hard and watcht he buds bloom next Autumn
