Richmond 2017 AFL Premiers

Anyone know what time the day after events are on at punt rd ,

Want to take my 3 year old granddaughter and get some photos, so she can say I was there

Kiwi, I posted something last night when the club updated it alas its dropped down a few pages.

Gates open 10am
- Replay to be played on big screens from 10:15am (if we win)
- Presentation of Grand Final team on stage approx. 1pm
- Interviews with players and coaches till about 1:45pm
- Gates close 3pm
- Merch, food and drinks available (no alcohol)

We expect a massive crowd to descend upon the Swinburne Centre, Punt Road Oval tomorrow, based on the size of the Tiger Army and our brilliant Grand Final win.

As a result, we have developed three sites within the Yarra Park precinct for fans to gather with the Tiger Army and enjoy our Premiership success.

We expect the main site at Punt Road Oval to be very busy and as a result we are not permitting chairs of any form to be brought into the Swinburne Centre. Pets of any form are also not permitted (aside from seeing-eye dogs).

There will most likely be long queues so we ask that you please be patient as your safety is our utmost importance.

We have food and drink options throughout the precinct but encourage you to bring your own food, to minimise wait times in lines.

All three sites are alcohol free events – strictly no BYO alcohol will be permitted and there will not be any alcohol for sale within the Yarra Park precinct.

Gates will open at 10am with the Premiership team presented on stage at approximately 1pm. A replay of the Grand Final will be shown in the lead in.

At the two Yarra Park secondary sites, a stream will be played onto big screens meaning all can enjoy in the celebration of Premiership success.

I just spent $800 on the Tigerland Superstore with premiership items....might have to hide the credit card statement from the missus.

I'm gonna make a little dent in the CC myself. Can't believe what I've just seen. It's not surreal. There were no elephants playing tubas whilst riding the back of echidnas, but it does feel realistic at all.

We're meant to be the laughing stock, not the Premiers. My whole world has shifted.

Skillz, how busy is it? Punt Road opens at 10am - People queued up ? and they are having two other sites up where the parade ending was in Yarra Park

Food vendors are licking their lips.

Here’s to our licence to be insufferable arrogant wankers for a while.

All our past follies are pretty much wipe cleaned now. Every misstep from Helen D’Amico’s streak throughout our last loss against the Cats late this season is now of no consequence when it comes to the bantering and bragging rights.

This is going to be fun.

I don't even care I have been robbed of another hour of celebrating.

I cried after game
I partied on Swan St like it was 2017
I only got 4 hours sleep
Woke up pinching myself that this is real and not a dream
To all the so called 'experts' who spent all week pumping up Adelaide's already overinflated arrogance, I say a big *smile* YOU!!!!
To the crows supporters who were mocking us after the first 2 goals, enjoy your long bus trip back home to your *smile* ant little town!

WE ARE PREMIERS!!!! The 11th glorious Premiership cup has finally come home to Punt Rd!!
We are the Tiger Army! We are a force!!
Eat Em Alive you Mighty Tigers!!!!!

Yep this is one for all of us true believers who have stuck it out through thick & thin! We've sent all those gorillas who have made their home on our back packing back to the jungles of Africa whence they came. Richmond Tigers Premiers 2017. Woop woop!!

73,74,80 and this 2017 has erased the memory of 1982. What an awesome feeling!! Melbourne was rocking last night. Up at 5am to make the 6hour drive home to our grand daughters 1st birthday! Floated home on a cloud!!

We have had two dynasties this will be the 3rd!!

Tremendous effort, and a well-deserved flag.

Richmond fans have been through hell since '82 but they stuck by the club in the most testing of times and always came out in numbers to support.

A premiership for the fans and one I'm sure that's made the long journey through lean times all the more worthwhile.

Thanks Blues Bloke. You're a brick old son.
