This is more for 'Richmond general admission members' and 'Richmond non members' simply wanting to roll up....
This game could go close to a sell out, when you deduct AFL & MCC members theirs like 58,000 public seating (inc standing) left....Then theirs our members with Reserve Seating to be deducted from 58,000.

Weather permitting i think this game will be around 85,000, maybe a tick more (fetchers 400th game)...
Bombers supporters are also buying up tkts to avoid missing out on Fletcher's 400th game....

Their are not a lot of GA areas left, i would recommend upgrading to a Reserve Seat or if you're deciding to take the chance GET THERE EARLY, and take those available GA seats ahead of Bomber supporters....

***I called the MCC today and said surely you haven't sold all of the top decks of the Southern, Olympic & Ponsford stands, the response was we have held these areas for presale for Ticketek due to the strong demand over the last days, i then asked come Sat what if these areas are not reserved (pre-sold) she said they would be released back to the general public for walk up.....

So my conclusion on this and this is worse case scenario if members are not wanting to upgrade to a reserve seat, the first option is go to G1-2 GA areas of the Southern Strand (level 4/top deck), if all seats are taken due to first in best dressed theirs a strong chance that their will be GA seats in either the Olympic and/or Ponsford stands (level 4/top deck)

FROM RICHMOND FC FACEBOOK PAGE:

Level 2 Dreamtime seats – Please note that the Club has just released a small number of seats on level 2 for Dreamtime. These seats are in a “closed loop”. This means that ONLY Richmond general admission members can get access to these seats as they are in a Richmond reserved area.

Go to Ticketek (http://tige.rs/1enRyWK) and enter your 12 digit barcode, then above the seating map you will see a drop down menu with “Richmond Supporter area”. Select the seats of your choice and go ahead with the purchase.

Please note that members will also be able to purchase a small number of guest passes in these areas so that non-members can also sit with members. Note that the MCC have increased their crowd prediction to a crowd in excess of 80,000 so we would suggest you purchase as soon as possible.

Great info for those that need it...well done Astute

Another option is to buy a Dreamtime membership from the club...gives them a reserved seat, plus aces to two other games

Ur welcome JB, just posted that info above....

For AFL members who haven't reserved a seat as yet, on Thurs in the afternoon when the "Around The Grounds" info is emailed out i will post what will be available for "walk up", going from previous dreamtime games only top deck 'selected aisles' available as seating as of today on levels 1, 2 and 2P are sold out....

I couldn't even get a level 1 single seat AFL members allocation exhausted , actually needed 5 but could only get nosebleeds section row A Q23
so I won't bother going.

Happy the club will financially do well . But geez I hate the bombers and the AFL *smile* greedy cheats

Does that mean we can no longer boo Essendrugs? Hate to be thought of as racist rather than an anti doper.

Row A in section 23 is still good as you are first row......hope u still go as theirs nothing better then watching the boys live.
Have no doubt the club would want all tiger fans to attend to make it a pro Richmond crowd.....

As always just want to reserve a standing room place. Option was available last year; can't see it this year.

Hey LTRTR,

This year you'll be able to access standing room via regular GA entry - so there's no option to reserve a place.

Cheers

Your right i did consider those seats were the best of the worst , but i didnt end up purchasing them would assume they would be long gone now .

Was thinking the AFL was hanging onto level 1 until last minute . to see how much demand for dining or corporate they might need, I'll try again today

Thanks RFCO.

Would prefer to get there just before the game starts like usual, but don't want to risk a lockout. Last year I think I paid $7 on top of the 17-game membership to guarantee standing room entry.

I'm thankful at least that this is no longer a "seated ticket only" match which was just an excuse to gouge punters.

Good to hear, just keep trying as I'm sure more bays will become available but I dont think it will b on the lower levels more so level 4......

Monster crowd... 85,000+ Sat night .. lets hope the Richmond of the last 2 weeks rocks up and its not a fizzer like the last few Dream time games.

Nothing beats the ROAR or a Richmond side on a role, when a player is in the clear and there is a collective 60,000 roaring him to GO GO GO...

3121 guest passes sold out bugger.
Will be a huge turn out.

Nothing better to beat Essendon when their fans are frothing after a win over Brisbane. :hihi

MCG had estimate of 80k on website .

Their will be more than that, im tipping between 84-88K

Last year we had just under 75K and we were crap first half of the year, the previous 3 encounters the crowd was 84K, 81K and 83K so with that in mind and both teams coming off wins, plus good weather plus fletch 400th games this will be a monster crowd.....
