Corey Jarhead Ellis
Semi Retired before he left Punt Road, fully retired as soon as he hit Coolangatta, like many Victorians back in the 80s.

Higgins from northYou'd think so but there'll always be a club out there that think a 29 year old star out there is the missing piece of the puzzle and will pay overs.
Opportunity to pick up jarhead for nothing???
Snippa was a good journeyman player, as dimma said you always know what you are going to get with him. He was never as good as some on here rated him, defensive spread wasn't there, even if he could win the ball.
Congrats to him on making the best of what he had.
Ellis never turned up in senior games for us.
Played the same when still a school boy, all the talent but lacked the necessary bit of street mongrel.Hard to think of a more unfulfilled talent in modern times than Jack Watts. Athletically gifted with exquisite skills and a natural football brain but almost zero desire to compete.
Can’t help but wonder how much of that was a result of Melbourne’s “renowned” player development...
Saves face from being sacked.Harley Bennell has retired, but that said it's doubtful he would have gotten a contract next year anyhow.
Also;As far as I know
Ex tigers at other clubs are now 5
Brandon eLlis - Suns
Towner - bombers
Butts - saints
Conca - Freo
Stengle- Adelaide
3 flag legends, conca played in a PF, and stengle who didn’t.
Callum Moore - blues
I don’t think Glenn listed them as retirees but as ex Richmond players at other clubs.Jumped before pushed ...............
