What a game.
For three quarters it was a tight struggle.

Couldn’t take a contested man (regularly) and our crumbing players not on top.

Finally it all clicked in the last.

No one really stood out for four quarters.
Even spread with even contribution from so many.
A few didn’t have the best of games and we probably lose Aarts.

As usual my wife ( not shy like her husband) was in the thick of the action taking selfies . Even my son got one and got involved with cheering the boys onto the field( lined up with the cheer squad and banner.

I thought Fly and our system was the key, never panics, moved Balta into Ruck at start of the last and that was all she wrote. Naish, Markov and Moore hadn’t had a sniff till the last quarter and with in 15 minutes the game was over. Geez Coffield, Ballard and Silvestro are stiff not to be playing

Great win considering we are carrying a few kids. If we actually put our best side out we'd be almost unbeatable at this level.

And yep I know we've only lost 2. Great stuff VFL boys!!

Great win today. Menadue was probably our best, great game. Was really impressed with RCD, he's come a long way from the start of the year. He is getting involved alot more, his tank has improved greatly & playing more midfield time; his intensity at the contest and man is very good now, he was a tackling beast out there today, very promising signs. He needs to get quicker and sharper with his disposals and a little bit neater by both hand & foot, but really happy with his progress.

Ross was very good in patches, drifted in and out abit but i have no worries on him, he's a beauty, Pickett was very good too under heavy attention from Port, assuming he was being tagged but his tank has also improved from a month or so ago & is getting better each game & will be a great player for us next year. CCJ coming along very nicely, Turner was a little quiet but i really like him too, i think he could become a Houli type player down the track or a good winger. Future is bright at Tigerland. Great win & on to another Granny.

Had a great day at the game. Thought menadue and Egg were clearly our best two. Balta was great up the ground second half.

Agree. Egg was excellent. Took a couple of ripper marks under extreme pressure in the last quarter.

Spot on about RCD. I am liking his progress and reckon he could be a handy player in season's to come.
Coleman-Jones is a player I really like. Not only will he be a pretty good ruckman/follower but also believe he could be a useful pinch-hitter at either CHB or CHF if required.
Looking forward to Pickett stepping up his game in 2020.

We played a semi professional pub team today and beat them by 4 goals. Yippie..
Markov, Carthwaite, McIntosh, Weller, Menadue, Moore and Arnott will make way for a new crop to come through.
Collier Dawkins looks like he will join the ‘list’. Ellisx2 , Lennon, Conca, and vickery.
The only kid that impress me is Cj.

Reckon you might be wrong about RCD, Zipps. The young fella just needs another pre-season or two under the belt and I believe he will be a handy player.
I'm still a little intrigued about whether Moore has something to offer ... maybe.

Great day for footy.

Really excited about CCJ next year.

RCD is raw but trust our development team to mould him into a weapon.

Menadue is in the best form of his career. Hope he stays next year.

Lachlan Street looked good.

Silver in for Aarts next week.

Pickett loves the bash n crash and has elite hands in close.

The Egg is all class.

Balta is improving every outing especially with his decision making.
