The 2023 season is just around the corner and it's time to post your ladders to figure out where each time will finish the season on the ladder in order to win the LeetoRainestoRoach Cup. As Lee was the inaugural winner we will name this competition in his honour.
All you need to do is number every team from 1 - the highest ranking team to 18 the lowest ranking team. It works like this: If you pick the tigers to finish 1st and they finish the home and away season in 4th you receive 3 points. If the tigers finish first then you will get -1. The person with the lowest score at the end of the season wins. If there happens to be a tie at the end of the home and away season all points for the entire season will be added up to find the winner.
** When you post your ladder can you please number every team from 1-18 so that is easy for me when tallying up the scores every week, just follow my template.
Can mrposhman win for a third time? Will larabee wake out of his slumber and finish higher than bottom? As per usual season 2023, apart from maybe a few teams, it looks damn hard to pick where every team will finish, especially after the top 2 so good luck everyone!
Entries close before the bounce of the Tigers V Blues clash Thursday 16th March, 7.20PM. If you have posted your ladder but feel the need to change your ladder, you are welcome to any time up to the first bounce of the season. After the first bounce you cannot change your ladder.

Here is my ladder for the 2023 season:

1 Melbourne
2 Geelong
3 Richmond
4 West Bulldogs
5 Carlton
6 Collingwood
7 Sydney
8 Port Adelaide
9 Brisbane
10 Fremantle
11 Gold Coast
12 Adelaide
13 GWS
14 St Kilda
15 Essendon
16 North Melbourne
17 West Coast
18 Hawthorn

Past winners of the LeetoRainestoRoach Cup:

2017 LeetoRainestoRoach
2018 Ian G
2019 DJ Jazzy Pete
2020 mrposhman
2021 Midsy
2022 mrposhman

Woo hoo!

The best footy comp opens its doors for 2023!

Onya @mainlandy

Will submit my entry soon.

WisdomOfTheCrowd said he/she would submit their entry just before Round one. Apparently they are using a new technique this year. I think it has something to do with ignoring at all costs @larabee 's ladder prediction. Mind you, I couldn't really understand what they were saying because as soon as they mentioned @larabee they started chuckle-snorting and rolling around on the basement floor.

Thought the Swans played a bit above their staton last year, the tougher draw might set them back for a year.

Not sure who the unwashed are?

I found that hard to do though, see Carlton and Port as risers but not sure at who's expense. I'm not sure whether to have us top 4 or out of the 8 so went the middle and hoping I'm well under.
