So over the last 4 years we have played at AO 4 times (only once at the MCG, nice balance fixture as usual) and we have won twice and lost twice and they have always been close games. Not sure why they are so confident with such a 50/50 record recently.
so what i'm seeing there is that we're going back-to-back
Adelaide will want number one pickI actually think Adelaide will do their best to give us an easy win because they would hate it if Port won the flag.
TBF it was fans on a forum who wanted Port to play us so effectively means nothing, we don't know what Port Power Hinkley et al are thinking. Given they are top of the ladder I'd hope they'd back themselves against anyone and not play silly buggers. I make fun of supercoach Hinkley but I don't think he's that kind of coach anyway, they'll play for the win.
The "best path" given we beat Adelaide and Port stays top means we finish 3rd and play Lions. This would mean a prelim against the Cats and a likely GF against Port unless they really screw the pooch at the AO somehow. I like this as we get to play Geelong in QLD again in the prelim. This is the most likely scenario IMO.

So who wins the GF, and do you also know the winner of the Cox Plate?Turns out i was right
You like your own work ant?
Hope your predictions are right.
I am nervous as and we still have 2 weeks to go.
So who wins the GF, and do you also know the winner of the Cox Plate?
Theoretically, I have no doubt they could ask .... whereupon they'd probably be told to *smile* off!Theoretically, as Brisbane are the 'home team/top seed' in our final, could they ask to have the game played in Adelaide or Perth, since their record against us in QLD is so *smile*?
