At least Hardwick will be more ruthless that this.
 
You can almost put a line through the next 3 years as well. Way to much work needs to be put into this club to make it a competitive force once more.

You can get rid of Thomson as welnot up to it, way to slow for the modern game. Personally i think DP#3 will be Butcher. Would prefer Trengove but i think Melb will take him.

For a start if this club is to go forward the names McGuane, Jackson, Polo , King and White must most certainly NOT be in the line up.

So fair to say i disagree greatly with that side.
