The website that I write for will be posting a few phantom drafts throughout the year.

June edition:

1st round - http://boundforglorynews.com/phantom-draft-june-edition-jourdan-canil/
2nd round - http://boundforglorynews.com/phantom-draft-june-edition-part-two-jourdan-canil/
3rd round - http://boundforglorynews.com/phantom-draft-june-edition-part-three-jourdan-canil/
4th round - http://boundforglorynews.com/phantom-draft-june-edition-part-four-jourdan-canil/

Will edit this post when more rounds / drafts are added.

Great work there by Jourdan Canil Danog. Just a quick question he seems to be across the Juniors very well but I am not sure if he had the time (it would be a massive job) to look at what each club needed and picked that way. Maybe this could be overcome/remedied by removing the club names and just having the picks. Like Emma Quayle's top 25.

It is really a bit of a picky comment and only came up because he picked two midfielders for Richmond but had let Boyd go to the Doggies pick and mentioned it would be a win for the dogs to get Boyd.

Great work though

True, but I think that Boyd is a legitimate chance to slip to pick #3. The Dees seriously need midfielders, and they have Clarke, Dawes, and Hogan up forward. There's a big chance of GWS having Patton, Cameron, and Franklin in 2014 too.

We do need midfielders. Our depth is a lot better than it used to be, but it could be better. That's not to say that I would have picked the same players for our picks, though.

I agree with Boyd slipping. I suppose I thought he managed to pick for some clubs needs and not for others so it lacked some consistency.

It is hard considering he probably loves one club as much as I love Richmond and my view is a tall HFF or goal sneak is high on our list.

Great job though.

Good luck for the next few rounds.

Interesting you bring him up. Where do you have him going?

Early to put a number on it but certainly within the first 2 rounds. Great athlete, long kick and plenty of upside.

Thanks. Saw he was doing well for WA. And Wallet had him at no.7 but I hven't seen him in any Phantoms. Any thoughts on the big QLD FF? Forgot his name.

There is a good article on him at AFL.com. I suggest that he will find his way on to a lot of phantom drafts now.

Hehe of course he will now. :hihi

VM 15.9 99 def WA 12.9 81. Marsh one of the best for WA, Kelly for VM

Another four for Lennon. What are your thoughts Gus?

Think he and Billings are perfect for our needs.

Good to hear that some of the old guard are still on here. Was worried I was talking to myself.

Lennon is a good player and I like him a lot. Billings to me has that star quality and he would be my preference out of the two of them.

Where roughly at this early stage would these 2 players go in the draft?

Billings top 10 depending on his injuries, Lennon a late 1st round pick maybe sliding into the 2nd.

If you look at this drat it's quite good but how much better would it look if Martin and Hogan were there as well?
Boyd and Aish wouldn't automatically be considered for picks one or two.

Geez, I wil be shocked if Lennon goes outside top 10.
