Dimma's bubble has burst because he just does not have an answer to, nor the right players for, the new way the game is being played now.
His mental approach for the players and the club has also gone past its use by date.
He should look to bring in a new assistant coach who has the tactical knowledge on how to win this new game of AFL footy, like he did with Caracella before we won 3 premierships........
