They could be two games + percentage out of the eight after tomorrow. Teague should start Jones/Betts/Curnow/Murphy on the bench or out of the side for the last month and show what he's got coming through, and let the results look after themselves.

Just Jones over 30. These blokes have kept Carlton competitive, but they're now hampering development.
They've got St.Kilda and Gold Coast coming up who are around the same mark. So throw off the shackles and start De Koning/Walsh/Kennedy/Dow in the middle and rotate Fisher/SPS/Martin through. Maybe play Jones forward with McKay out and let Williamson or Plowman take a key post. They've coughed up 18 goals to the bottom side, nothing to lose.
The form of Nick Larkey gets better by the round, really coming on this season.
