not an expert in RL, but after last years conspiracy regarding the camerom smith suspension and the anti-melbourne sentiment in sydney this time last year... will we get a repeat this week? i've noticed that jarrod hayne got off that kneeing charge. another conspiracy?

Not really. Was judged as being of the same grading as Smith's offence last year but he does not have carryover points.

Storm will be too good for Parra anyway in what should be a classic match.

Double standard as Tiger Bryce Gibbs copped 3 matches for a similar offence with arguably less force several weeks ago.

Agree but the standards change where grand finals are involved. Melbourne Storm and Cam Smith agree with the decision anyway.
 
Melb’s ‘agreement’ just PR . They well remember the waste of energy & focus last year from their just but fruitless arguments over the judiciary’s treatment of Smith & have opted to go quietly & walk the talk on field . NRL desperate for the Eels to be Cinderellas to deflect attention from the code’s off field culture/behavioural problems & the loss of yet another poster boy just wouldn’t do….Wouldn’t be surprised if Hayne’s defence was based on Epstein from Welcome Back Kotter
 
I thoughts Cam's agreement with the decision was very tongue in cheek,

He said something like we would rather they be at full strength so there will be no excuses if we beat them

Double Standards and the NRL and their cronies doing everything possible to stop Melbourne from winning again they really do not like Melbourne and never will, the NSW clubs simply dont want them being successful, they even support the *smile* Warriors over the Storm ........ cretins.

Geez i'll be cheering for the Storm harder than ive cheered for any side before.
