If I was a betting man, I would put my money on him going , if that sort of offer is on the table,

As much as i hate to admit it, I think things might be starting to unravel a bit for the Storm, I guess its the salary cap doing what it was designed to do.

We may look back at this era as a bit of a dissapointment in some regards, 1 premiership from the three seasons is probably not a fair indication of how well they have dominated the competition. on a week to week basis.

I'm Going to watch the Aussies , pump the poms tonight, I think they will thrash them.

Some of the middle tier sides have provided some entertaining games, Samoa vs Tonga , and watched part of Fiji vs France, both good value.

I'll be there too.
It will be interesting to see how the Poms go...their rugby has improved over the last few years so we'll see tonight how much it has improved tonight.
Just hope we don't get complacent as it could be a real test this one.
 
Went to the Aust v Poms game tonight & England were woeful particularly in the 2nd half.They had some posession in the 1st half but came up with 1 try.Some of their play in the 2nd half was comical.I was hoping for a better contest.

Stuff the contest....I thought it was awesome to smack them 8)
Our defence was superb and the Storm boys ran riot.
They scored 1 try and even that was a 'benefit of the doubt' decision and if the video was clearer, they might have missed out on that one too.
Good crowd and a fair few Poms there to enjoy the Aussie show....great stuff! :)

Fair call Livers,we did put on a great show.Even I could have scored a try against the woeful poms.

Too true mate....and even after half dozen Bundys, you'd be still a chance ;)

I can't see us being beaten at all again.

Playing devil's advocate for a minute...do you think a World Club Cup would be more useful/entertaining than country.v.country?
Melbourne Storm, Manly, Broncos up against the best the Poms have got.
Or would we still smack them at club level as well (take into account they usually beat us over there when our clubs tour)?

That happened years ago, when the Super league thing was happening , similiar scenario,

The Aussie sides blew them off the park.
 
Aussies playing PNG tonight in World Cup game tonight.Should be an absolute thumping & try fest for the Aussies.
 
Aussies play Fiji in world cup semi final tonight which should be a training gallop.My prediction 66-0 to the Aussies.

Reading the live blog too,Fiji seem to be getting a bit of ball now,still 22-0 after 29 minutes.
 
Half time 26-0.I will need the Aussies to score 5 converted tries for my 66-0 prediction to come in.Can they do it?yes
