Can't see him becoming sticky date pudding, but apart from that, I agree.

Interesting that Hardwick said last week they still see him as a key position defender. ::)
Another Rance would be cream caramel.
The debate is alive and well

I would rather see him as the next Richo personally

Richo my all time favourite player.
As long as Rance gets back to his best, history will show he was better than Richo.

I think he will have more of a physical presence than richo in contact ,

At 19 richo was a bit of a beanpole ,

its scary how well built Balta is for his age , built like a big polynesian kid

I don't think he has the vice like hands that Richo had.

I think He could have Richo vice hands

His u18 highlight reel was like watching Stewie Lowe'd greatest mitts.

Swingman all day

How do you compare them? Richo played in a cr@p team for his whole career and still blitzed it. Both Rance and Richo are freaks of nature, both superstars.

don't get me wrong, I love Noah deeply, I'm extremely excited and stoked we've signed him up. But Richo at the at the same age was other worldy, a messiah. Unstoppable at 18, Tiger supporters got number plates with RICHO, he was a phenomenon.

Just great to have him in the team. And stocked that he has another two years of plying his trade with us regardless of what our salary cap is doing.
