Remember when we thumped them last time and GT said " we're a better Team than Richmond"? GT is a true Saint. They're a funny bunch! This weekends game will be played for the Crap performance cup. We're in with a real show.

I'm more than happy to go over there and start another fued - backfired a bit though last time with the Eagles.

But I think MT is right, might wait till after the game, which probably means I'll be waiting for a few years to get them back.

I too, agree that you guys have a bright future, but challenging for a premiership as early as next year.......I haven't laughed so much in my life!!!

You are talking about a club who has 1 solitary premiership to their belt, won when color T.V. was only a dream.

You are talking about a club who's losing culture exceeds every other club in the AFL, including the now extinct Fitzroy.

You are talking about a club that even Richmond has had the wood on in the past 2 decades.

Now, while I agree as a club you have done all the right things as far as recruiting good, talented youngsters, (which is easy to do finishing wooden spooners more often than not), bagging the almighty RFC and talking premierships next year is like saying Anthony Mundine will be the Prime Ministers spokesman - and we all know his 'Australian' ain't that good!

When you guys win another 9 flags, have a supporter base that only rivals 1 other club, have fanatics who would literally commit murder hearing you talk about our 'Prestigous' club, not to mention an atomosphere created by no other - it is then that you have the right to even mention the name RICHMOND on this site.

I am looking forward to a packed Telstra Dome, plenty of atmosphere for Tivva's 100th and Burkies finale, and, with all these 'premiership players' you have at your club, am looking forward to our rabble list, not club, at Richmond to once again put you successless fans back in your place.

Oh, nearly forgot - am also looking forward to seeing Dal Santo in the YELLOW AND BLACK in 2004!!!!

Spare a thought for the St Kilda supporters, during the clubs long proud history they have only ever won just the one grand final, and that was by one point, so I guess the taste of success is sour in their mouths.
 
I would of thought we have a good chance of getting Dal Santo, they have traded quality players off before. Remember what they did with Ian Stewart back in the day, thanks for that!!! Think of the Wakelin twins, who have now both become good players at their new clubs, even matthew lappin has been good since joining carlton.

Don't get me wrong Harry, my love affair with Chrissy Newman is still going as strong as ever - we're just in that stage of the relationship where we don't have to tell each other and others of our love, it's cemented in our hearts now.

LOL g0tigers - I'm having a ball with these village people. There are actually more posts on the thread regarding Dal Santo and my rubbishing than there are about Burkies jumper, and who it should be passed to.

Beauty about it all is I don't even think any of the 'academics' on their forum even know how to get on here to express their 'anga'.
