Alaboring. How many more times? Let the other teams win. Not sure how the Cincinnati Bearcats got in the final 4 (interesting to see Bummer Fletcher's son as their punter)Anyone but 'Bama for the College Championship

Find it hard to believe they are constantly up there while other teams peak and then fall away(ie Clemson/ Auburn/LSU)Alaboring. How many more times? Let the other teams win. Not sure how the Cincinnati Bearcats got in the final 4 (interesting to see Bummer Fletcher's son as their punter)
True. All to do with the voting and ranking I suppose. They didn't do well this season and dropped to #4 last week and now back to #1 quickly.Find it hard to believe they are constantly up there while other teams peak and then fall away(ie Clemson/ Auburn/LSU)
In the Orange Bowl v Georgia Bulldogs. Should be a great game.View attachment 14233
Go Wolverines. Big Blue.
Geez the 49’ers are hard going again this year. Talk about doing your best to lose from unlosable positions from week to week.
Not sure if they can beat Georgia. Maybe. In the Orange Bowl v Georgia Bulldogs. Should be a great game.
Yeah, watched the 2 close games this morning. Bit of doubt on that final TD but was definitely in. Good loss to the Bungals. Unfortunately, the other game was won by Tampon Brady in OT, but great performance from the Bills.
Who knows, they have to get the (meaningless?) non-College Football Playoff Bowl games done first. Don't like the way NCAAF is structured. Just the top 4 teams for the College Football Championship isn't enough. I'd rather they used the NCAAB style with 68 teams in sudden death playoffs. Sick and tired of Alaboring every season. Not sure if they can beat Georgia. Maybe.
Why the hell they have an insane 5 week break before the playoffs is just absurd. Exams ???
They’ll go to 8 soon and ultimately, 16. They’ve been talking about 8 for a few years and are close to doing it.Who knows, they have to get the (meaningless?) non-College Football Playoff Bowl games done first. Let's hope so. Maybe increase the football team games to more than 12 for a season also. Maybe 16.They’ll go to 8 soon and ultimately, 16. They’ve been talking about 8 for a few years and are close to doing it.
Being football, where they need a week’s break between games, they can’t run a 64 team knock out like basketball can where in basketball you can play every second day.Let's hope so. Maybe increase the football team games to more than 12 for a season also. Maybe 16.
Yeah, just saying the structure should be like the NCAAB. Maybe use the best 16 or 20 (i.e. reasonable amount) supposedly based on the Top 25 rankings (which I don't like and bit biased). SEC is definitely too dominant and system needs an overhaul.Being football, where they need a week’s break between games, they can’t run a 64 team knock out like basketball can where in basketball you can play every second day.
As for more games during a regular season, the only way that’ll come about is if there’s more amalgamation of conferences. That’s actually likely to happen as the big non SEC schools look to strengthen their conferences v a dominant SEC the last few years.
16 would be perfect. Should have done it 20 years ago. They’ll eventually get there, but like a lot of simple no brainer things in the USA, they take a while to develop.Yeah, just saying the structure should be like the NCAAB. Yep. Bureaucracy at it's best with the Yanks.16 would be perfect. Should have done it 20 years ago. They’ll eventually get there, but like a lot of simple no brainer things in the USA, they take a while to develop.
Yes. A lot of it is bureaucracy and old timers etc trying to hold onto power and the fact that “we’ve always done it this way.” Classic example is gun control - the right to bear arms. Its a 200 plus year old right that was used after the revolution to protect citizens against the British and any other invaders and is completely and utterly redundant to its original purpose. But it’s written into the constitution and has been there for 200 years, so it must stay. Dumb.Yep. Bureaucracy at it's best with the Yanks.
42 Bowl games over 15 days starting this Saturday. Guess they want everyone to watch every game, attract more viewers.Being football, where they need a week’s break between games, they can’t run a 64 team knock out like basketball can where in basketball you can play every second day.

Niners annoy me. One minute it's the offence or Jimmy G keeping the other team in the game, next minute the defence let's big plays happen time and again. Consistently inconsistent. Really need some better corner backs, whose there now is not good enough.View attachment 14233
