Love panicked when he didn't have to. Crazy. He cost them with some really poor throws. he aint no Stroud.
Boneheaded throw. Still had plenty of time left.

'Purdy' lucky to get out of jail therePretty lucky to get out of jail there. Missed FG and the Niners showed some of the frailties they’ve shown all year. Thought Purdy’s throwing was very average but he got it together in the last 5 minutes.
WTF was Greenlaw doing after the interception ??? Talk about dumb !
Purdy could have thrown 3 or 4 interceptions in that game.'Purdy' lucky to get out of jail there
I'm screaming at the TV to get down man. Just get down
They had only 2 time outs left so you'd take the knee the first two plays, then the 3rd play the clock runs out. I think Green Bay just took the easy way out and saved us another 5 minutes of waiting for time to end the game.
Yes I know and the other guy threw 2 and could have been 5 or 6 for himPurdy could have thrown 3 or 4 interceptions in that game.
True.Yes I know and the other guy threw 2 and could have been 5 or 6 for him
We did it before them.I know the Niners played average, but good teams when ugly. I saw that from Liverpool in the 70's-80's we could pull out a win 1-0, 2-1 when we didn't play well.
Fergie time was about United coming over the top of teams in the last minutes, just like they did against Bayern in that Champions League final.
McRae has been doing that for 2 years at the Pies, winning ugly, but they keep the score close to give them a chance to win them.
That's what good teams do
The Lions should win easy tomorrow. Chiefs….hmmm. Not impossible but tough.Watched the Barry Sanders doco on Netflix last night. I think Rice mentioned it a few weeks back.
I have tipped the Bucs tomorrow but really hope the Lions prevail. Their fans deserve the joy of just going to the Championship game, regardless of the result.
When I jumped off the Niners when Jarryd Hayne was signed I went looking for a team similar to Richmond. Landed on the Chiefs with their loud passionate fans and at that stage lack of any recent meaningful success. Could just have easily chosen Detroit.
Go Lions, in Dan we trust!!
Yeh, reckon you nailed it when you called out their secondary early in the year. It's pretty poor.Pretty lucky to get out of jail there. The Niner defence ended up getting enough pressure on Love to aid the secondary, albeit once again, they couldn’t get a sack in a big game. When the secondary comes under pressure they’re vulnerable. Lots of penalties back there sometimes. They’re 14th against the pass in the NFL. That’s their number 1 weakness. Purdy has looked a bit nervy the last few weeks but he’ll be better for the run today and for getting it together late.Yeh, reckon you nailed it when you called out their secondary early in the year. Purdy was good when it counted but he could of thrown a few picks. Love was poor when it counted.
I thought Greenlaw was gonna have the ball punched out!
As you suggested recently, there really is no outstanding team. Any of the remaining 6 could win and it would not surprise.
The 9ers will struggle if they face the Bills, Allen could tear that secondary apart. But he could also throw 4 picks!
Mayfield will f it up. Just watch. The Lions weakness is their defense against the pass. Mayfield is playing well and has multiple options to exploit them.
The Tampa defense is pretty good too. If they can curtail the Lions running backs they have a good chance.
Chiefs v Bills will be a beauty. Can we get a repeat of the Divisional round game 2 years ago?? Hope so. Best game I‘ve ever seen I reckon.

I think they are a respectable chance to go to the SB but not sure they can win it. Anyway, they need to get there first.

I don’t care for them. Or anyone else for that matter. I think they should re locate to Des Moines.Very true, but take nothing away from the Packer offensive line, they did the same to Dallas last week.
GB have amassed a great bunch of young players, who will only get better.
They seem to have a very balanced roster moving forward.
Have you seen Mayfield’s security throughout his career !?If I had to choose between the 2 QB’s I’m taking Baker.
I’m a fan of Goff but his ball security under pressure is questionable at times.
