NBA 2011

Nice effort by the Spurs, they're just a great team. LeBron is going to have to go crazy if Heat have a chance at winning the title. Wade and Bosh aren't playing well.

Yep, Wade has dropped off a little and Bosh has been ordinary to say the least.
Only so much Lebron can do.

They need a Center the Heat do.

Spurs only one win away now from the Championship.

They blew it. Up 5 with 28 seconds to go they end up losing in OT. Was an amazing game. How can you not love the nba?

Hard too see Miami losing game 7 at home but its a must see tomorrow.

Anyone else watch game 7?

I'm filthy Spurs lost, they had control of the serious but choked in game 6.
Parker getting hurt played a big role, he was never right the last 2-3 games....had a stinker of a game 7.
Miami won't win another Championship with the big 3....I'm calling it, Bosh and Wade ain't that good anymore.
Lebron carried this team on his back all playoffs and most of the season tbh.

LeBron in 4th: 9 pts, 5 rbs, 2 asts, 2 stls....that's massive, the old Lebron days are well behind him.

Look forward to what the teams do in the off-season, 11 days to the start of FA discussions, 20 days to the start of FA signings.

Parker was hurt but so was Wade all through the playoffs. He's still a top 5 player in the nba when healthy so I'd have to disagree he's no good anymore. He averaged 21ppg on 52% 5 and 5 in the regular season. Miami will win another ring IMO, maybe 2. They just need to continue to add quality role players and shooters for LeBron.

Happy for LeBron though. Worked hard on the weak parts of his game like jump shooting and has long shred the anti clutch comments. As long as he's in his peak the team he plays for is favourites to win it all. He will go down as one of the top 5 players off all time eventually.

Fair call on Wade, didn't know he was injured.

Talk of Bosh getting traded already and Lebron is a free agent in 2014...I don't see why he would hang around tbh.
Already talk of Lakers, Cavs and GSW.

Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Jason Terry have been traded to the Nets.
Boston get Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, Tornike Shengelia, Reggie Evans, Keith Bogans and three first-round picks scattered over the next five years to Boston.

Wow!

GSW signed free agent Iguodala...hoping to entice D12 more.
Traded away expiring contracts Biedrens, Rush and Jeffersen to make the cap space....
Iggy knocked back better offers from the Nugs and Kings saying GSW is his best chance for a ring (his words not mine ;D).

Yeah it does, but Dwight hasn't come out and said anything yet....who knows with him always changing his mind.

Yeah, it's more of "Show me the Money" instead of "Give me a team I can win a championship with".

Dwight... so over it!

On more interesting news. The Warriors have managed to grab Iguodala (spelling), for only really big loss of J.Jack and the Wolves have gotten K Martin, from OKC, to be starting SG.

Also, J.Smith, from the Hawks will now be playing in Detroit and the above J.Jack has been snapped up by the Cavs.

Go Wolves!

Don't forget the mega trade.... Garnett and Pierce to Nets for every first rd pick for the entire franchise history (actually 2014, 2017, swap 2017 and 2018)....

Way to sell your future out. The Boston duo are champs of the game but this is such a short sighted move. they are 37 and 35. maybe one yr in them. Are they going all out now?? Still not strong enough to beat bulls and heat in conference.

sheesh.... makes me glad that we can't trade future picks in the AFL...

Dwight Howard - quite possibly the most overrated basketballer ever and the most selfish. Hit a free throw and a jump shot outside 10 feet and you might be worth the money. Will never win a championship, the only way he will is if he sits on the bench and cheers his teammates to victory
