I cant believe anyone questioning Lynch. Not only has he kicked 17 odd goals in a side where they have no idea how to kick inside 50 but he had no preseason. If that were Buddy in the same situation you would never hear the end of how well worth the deal he was.

They’ll very quickly praise him in 2-3 weeks and justify the swing with “he’s gaining fitness now so looks like a better player” even though he isn’t necessarily kicking more goals.

Whatever keeps you guys watching their shows.

If they said nothing about him this week, you wouldn’t be tuning in in 2-3 weeks after he’s had a good game... my advice is don’t look at AFL media as real - they’re working us like WWE.

They signed him up as another Buddy but he aint another Buddy . Buddy came to Sydanee from a gun side with points on the board . Lynch from a crap side , a dodgy knee & no points on the board. Main problem at the moment with Tom is he is stand
( no Jack) alone up front. No one else there to take a big grab & take some of the pressure off him. This will continue until Jack comes back with Jack staying put & no ruck work.

Buddy kicked 14 goals in his first 7 games for Sydney. Lynch has kicked 17. Need to cut him some slack. I agree Lynch is coming from a lot further back fitness wise and this year, team support wise than Buddy did.

We beat Freo well. Then they get all fired up as the blowtorch is applied to them next week and come out and beat the Bombers.

Richmond with Vlastuin and Rioli back are too good for the Bombers in the dreamtime game

Then they face Carlton who should be ready to win their one in 6 games again.
