Great game. Kicking the ball much better. The delivery was pathetic (kicked to him when he was not in good positions) which is currently our biggest concerns - skills and decision making.
Welcome back Tom. So obvious last night how hampered he had been this year with his knee. We keep forgetting how good he is. Without him we wouldn't have the 2019 Premiership. He's the one that kept us in the game with Jack injured for a lot of the year. And he did it off *smile* all pre-season.
I know he kicked 5 goals but if he's moving better over the coming weeks I'd like to see him pushed out to CHF with CJ in the square.
IMO his knee is a major concern. Can't run or get off the ground. Not expecting the club to come out and state so with the amount we've invested in him. Jack at his age is doing much more than Lynch. One good game each couple of months is not good enough. He's struggling physically imo.

It's physical. Reckon the knee is worse than the club is letting on. No freedom in his running gait.
I really hope that’s the case (that he’s some injury issue) coz it would be good to have a genuine explanation
And you‘re dead right that time and again he seems unable to jump in marking contests and he rarely looks like being a real chance to take a contested mark
And we know he’s been better than that

He can't get separation hence players upfield are either ignoring him or bombing to a contest
Yeah amazing the criticism levelled towards Lynch and Jack. They had to battle an extra defender and *smile* delivery.
He got separation. But the ball got kicked on top of his head allowing the defending more time to spoil.
