Moved a bit better & marked a bit better. Must keep leading and moving to space. Can’t stand still - he’s not a great body player, even though he might think he is.
10 goals for the year coming into this game. He is just an average footballer, on above average money.
Why isn't this guy getting more attention for his non-performance. Just completely out of sorts and well below his potential.
I think we're protecting too many senior guys reputation, when their performance doesn't deserve it. Waaaay below his best.

Big Harry, Tom Mac, Josh Bruce, Hipworth, etc etc better than Lynch on a third of the money
Tony locket wouldn't kick goals with the delivery into forward 50 we give Lynch.

Doesnt help when he continually lags behind his opponent. Hes lucky hes had Jack next to him which has made him look better than he actually is
It's true, he plays behind way too much but he's getting the ball to ground.
They just walked out of our forward line in numbers tonight. Zero pressure from our smalls
Lynch was as advertised in 2019...mediocre in 2020 and he is downright putrid in 2021. He get's zero separation from his opponent so presumably he's lost pace for some bizarre reason. He helped us win two flags so clearly he was worth it, but if he doesn't reverse the trend his contract is ultimately going to be an albatross.
With the new rules and the way opposition teams are defending against our forwards, Lynch is proving to be a liability at the moment.
Hope he can dig into his repertoire and find some new tricks, because in his current form he is pretty one-dimensional and not providing a great deal.

Fair enough. I guess I mean liability because opposition teams don't seem to have much trouble limiting his output and influence.
