Lumps in the mashed avocado games R4

For mine, it's a bit of a shame that the Baners did the Pies tonight. Of course, the complacent Pies coach had it coming but the Baners? Ouch.

Had the Pies squeaked this one the bizarre narrative goes on - Pies Premiers! - and they win two more weeks and then the myth grows. And then in R7 the Crows bury them. We bet up smashing the margin. And bring in the monies.

Things didn't quite work out for the strategic bet. Only bet up on AFL when they do.

One of the few things we achieved last week was putting some aggressive physical work into the Collingwood boys.

They played sore against Brisbane.

Last night highlighted the show bag which is Nick Dacios,
38 possessions (14 from either kicks ins or 1-2's). He had NO influence on the game.
Didn't there old coach bucks once say 'him having high possessions dosent hurt us?"
He disappeared in the 2qtr.
Jibbed a contest in the centre that turned into a goal for Brisbane.
And for a defender the Brisbane forwards had a night out.
Fingers crossed teams learnt something last night. Clear your forward line, play small/fast forwards and get them over the back.
I was screaming Hardwick to move lynch & Riewoldt out of the 50 and only have Rioli & Cumberland in there.
Quaynooor absolutely got ripped a new one. Looks good as that free running defender but 1 on 1 he is shiitt.
Pony tail man McQuerrry was Brisbane best player.
And I think Collingwood would be asking themselves why didn't McStay, Stay in Brisbane. What a hot dog.
What an absolute embarrassing 2hrs by the channel 7 commentators.
Brisbane were bending Collingwood over and they continued all night barracking for a Collingwood come back and how good Nick Dacios is..
Its a pity his brother stayed home last night.

With the Lions winning by some 33 points does that mean they are so much better than than the Pies or were we so bad against them.
Great result nevertheless and always very happy when they get shellacked.

Let's wait and see.
If I here the word 'Mulligan'
I will spew up.
They got found out. Slippery conditions and that style just dosent work. But Brisbane spook them too. So hard hits early how Collingwood side stepping contests.
Raynor ripped them a new one, as good as Moore can be he struggles with medium mobile forwards.
Its just a pity Hardwick and Co didn't have Cumberland on from the start and he didn't Change things earlier like Baker on the ball. Bolton playing deep forward. We made changes.
You need to come front on to Collingwood. Can't be chasing. You need to be running into the them.

Nick Daicos is a star

But the possession obsession *smile* me off

He gets 2 junk possessions every time the oppo kicks a point.

Brsbane kicked 8 points = ND get 16 possession

38 - 16 = 22, which accurately reflects his influence.

Ashcroft is a great player too, but hes not my type

Hes a certain brownlow medallist in the tom mitchell/lachy neale 40 possessions for 200m gained vein.

His inside rapid fire dump kick really *smile* me, and hes got a lower neck than ginnavan, selwood and zac bailey combined

I think Brayshaw is worse than Taylor, massive statement I know. Let’s not talk about the special comments girl.

How come Crisp was allowed to play given the investigation.
Imagine if that was say Dusty or Bolton?
The media would be calling for suspension followed by at least 10 years in jail or the death sentence.

Collingwood coach Craig McRae refused to use the Jack Crisp saga as an excuse after the Magpies’ unbeaten start to the AFL season came to an end at the Gabba on Thursday night.
Aided by a run of 10 successive goals across the second and third quarters, the Lions won by 33 points in front of more than 33,000 fans.

Former Lions midfielder Crisp played in the game despite the AFL investigating his alleged involvement in a video that has gone viral.

It’s not just the good folks on PRE that think BT is an idiot

It's ridiculous
The barracking for Collingwood was a joke and I fken hate Brisbane.
The constant mention of Nick Dacios does my head in. They refuse to mention the amateur mistakes he made in those 38 possessions.
Ashcroft didn't get 38 possessions but he was quality.
This has been going on too long now. The combination of Taylor & Brayshaw dosent work. Taylor and his constant 'if they can get 2 in the next 2 minutes they are back in this game" and they were playing like *smile* and Brayshaw screaming and carrying on at every little bump, jump or fall.
I miss Louie, Landy, Morphett and even McAvaney

No Both are as bad as each other.. but don't let Richo off the hook, he can say something that isn't always in favour of the player or club. He is a vanilla special comments bloke. No good.
channel 7 wake up..Friday football was the best night of the week.
They have ruined it.

The standard of commentary is so bad these days that I always watch AFL matches with the volume on mute, even when watching as a neutral.
