Reported in today's Sun that 7 Bombers will be shown the door in the next few days-including one Ty Zantuck.
I cast my mind back to this time last year when Matthew Lloyd on camera welcomed Zantuck to his new club and offered words to the effect that Ty would revel at a good club. The words were hollow then -and now come back to haunt Matthew!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is always the career of a "wannabe gangster" on offer for Ty.

Sorry but Ty was his on worse enemy.

Maybe the news reels of them bagging our club & the herotics antics of last year, be played back on a comedy trivia night to hear us having the last laugh !!

:rofl

Maybe next time we play Essendon I hope someone keeps asking Lloyd how his mate Zantuck is. :cutelaugh :rofl :rofl :rofl :cutelaugh

Just to refresh your memories, here's the original.

I mentioned an alleged incident that took place at the Inkerman last year between Zantuck and senior Richmond players.  I also know for a fact that during this season he was inviolved in yet another one at the Anglers Tavern (Moonee Ponds) with Essendon players.  Let's face it - the guy would not even survive in the SFL or EFL with this type of individualistic/erratic/gang related behavior.  This was a great decision made by the club.

Likewise Cupido.

Makes one wonder if Essendon has lost the plot in the last couple of years.

Sheedy will deliver a spanking to Ty...and he will turn the corner in fear of future spankings!!

Agree mb. I pity ppl who don't use their ability to its full potential.

Shows we did the right thing getting rid of tyzan - even Sheeds couldn't straighten him out!

Thanks for posting that link, Jools. :thumbsup

He's a spoilt brat who only looks out for no.1. daddy's money will keep him in the lifestyle he wants. No tears from me, but maybe baccardi boy may shed a few ;D

Agreed, didn't fail so much on the ground but off it.

Might see him back at the Tigers in 2006 .

Noosa Tigers that is - his parents now have a restaurant in Hastings St, reported in the paper as "AFL star signed autographs". Did have knee surgery in 2005, so don't be surprised if he bobs back up somewhere to play again - just a tip!
