Being Richmond mate, no doubt you'll get 'keyed' next week just to add insult to injury.

damn right

Telstra

got an email from them the other day 'tell us how we did, we love your feedback'

thought, wow, bewdy, let me at 'em.

'feedback' was one question. 'was your bill easy to understand?' boxes yes, no, and OK or whatever. Thought you've got to be kidding me, I've had a run of comical bad service, got on their website to give them some real feedback on what a fraud of an operation they are, guess what? Their whizbang website, this is a communications company remember, you can do anything on, pay bills, change stuff around blah blah, do it all online easily, EXCEPT complain, the guess what? snail mail or fax. I am not kidding, a PO box for snail mail, and a fax number. They love your feedback, bull.

I'd love to ask them who eats up the data on my phone.....especially at 1:30am at night.

Theme park fast pass!

Despite having paid $400 for a 7 day pass for a family of 4 to the Gold Coast theme parks people can pay an extra $60 per person per day to jump the queue to the rides! What a rort and what does it teach kids about taking turns and being patient!

Then when everyone buys the $60 jump the queue ticket they introduce the VIP ticket that jumps that queue

Wouldn't there be huge discounts now that fears have struck a lot of people with these places. I keep reading/hearing that Dreamworld's become a ghost town.

Unfortunately not TF. The three we went to (SeaWorld, movieworld and wet'n'wild) were chockers! 30 min plus wait for some things.

The key is not going during the school holidays - though I know that is hard for families ;D

I went the year before last with the missus, 1 week before schoolies started. Wasn't particularly busy at all. Good times were had

Yeah thanks for the tip BT ;D

Wife is a school teacher so makes it just that little harder.

We've spent today at Universal studios and we picked a great day. It's a Monday and everyone's. And at school and work and it's a terrible day here in LA ie it's 18, cloudy and a few drops of rain. So we've been able to do everything multiple times in The one day.
