mids can get beaten but still poll votes, while defenders and forwards wont poll unless they play blinders, we all see a mid get a vote or two, despite his opponent getting best on ground, it should be who beats their opponent by the greatest margin, and this can be player one gets 8 disposals against his opposition getting 16 disposals, but he wont have a hell in chance of getting a vote.
