Jumper Shuffle

#26repsectforriley

No respect for Stackies #44 exploits.... not even for saving Zombie Jones's arse on the Goldie whilst eating a kebab!!

The #16 yet again disappoints...................well at least no dud is wearing it.

Miller and Cumberland, Gibcus and Sonsie showed enough to get upgrades for mine.
#16 rested for poor ol' craigo. Moths are ready...:))

FMD How hard is it?? :))

I thought Noah Cumberland would've been a good egg to pull on the #16.

#43 getting retired for a second year running in memory of Egg as well.
Bauer's got 43. Numbers 12, 18 and 24 rested longer than expected.

Next year might have some serious jumper shuffling.

Both #8,#9 could likely be retired most likely for a few years, possibly #2 also if Grimesy decides he's had enough.

Then again one can also envisage JR8 and Chimp handing their numbers to a worthy junior should one stand up in the same way Shane handed his #10 to MoJu.

#11 and #27 might be vacant as well if George and Dow dont impress this year same goes for Rossy with the #5 if he can't get a game and leaves.

That leaves 6 (if Taz retires) 12, 16, 18, 23, 24, 26, 35, 37 there's certainly some numbers up for grabs in the next couple years.

What number will we give Ben King #12 is my guess. :))

I;m Loving Seth in the #44 but we all know he will just wear it for 4 years then drop off one of the 4's

With Tarrant retiring & possibly/probably Cotch & Jack R at the end of the season, it means we'll have up to 8 numbers from 24 down up for grabs next year.
I would think 8 & 9 would be retired for a few years, I wonder who'll get what.

Maybe Young will get 6, 11 for Sonsie, 12 Gibbo, 16 Banks, where to after that.

Leave #6 for Charlie Naish.

Young Arthur might want to pull the finger out or he might get a number in the 60s or 70s sometime in the future.

Is there any player who really deserves a famous Tiger number at this stage of his career

Ryan will do one justice i reckon.

I think no.9 should be reserved as optional for a captain,

Like we attempted with 17.

Captain doesnt have to wear 9,

But only a captain wears 9

Permanent is a pretty long time.

Yep, too long. I don't think any number should be permanently retired.

number 17 which was worn by possibly the Greatest Tiger ever wasn't permanently retired.
