Josh Caddy

If Danger had a day like this, headlines galore.

Caddy is almost a footballing unicorn, not sure I can name another player doing what he does.

Not better then Bisscombe ;D

Geelong justed blivas on a 5 year deal, i know who i would rather have.
Nakia Cockatoo
Stanley
Henderson

Got this bloke wrong big time. Thought he was a limited plodder midfielder. He is a gun medium forward.

Hope he has pulled up ok, looked to have almost hyperextended his knee when he took that great contested mark.

Very smart player. Knows where to be and knows how to kick goals. And tough as nails. I was ecstatic when we picked him up, took a little while to warm up but is showing his worth now.

Yeah I undersold him too. I thought he was good last year and had important moments in all 3finals. But he is better than good.

One who has definitely levelled up this year. Onya Josh

Don't know why the Swans let him go. Class footballer.

Was never with the Swans as far as I know. Was drafted by Gold Coast but we know how good they are at keeping their players. Was then traded to Geelong for, wait for it, a first round and third round pick.

You are correct I think Tl. Whoever he was with must regret letting him go

Here is his recent bio. Sorry for my mistake in naming the Swans.

Joshua Nicholas Caddy (born 28 September 1992) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played for the Gold Coast Football Club from 2011 to 2013, and the Geelong Football Club from 2013 to 2016. Caddy was drafted by Gold Coast with the seventh selection in the 2010 AFL draft after captaining underage football with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup. In 2017 he became an AFL premiership player with Richmond.

Yep me too. I was initially against the trade. He is a much better player than I thought he was and he has improved his set shot goal kicking this year as well. He's played much better for us than he ever played at the Suns or Cats.

Very astute recruiting by the Tigers.

Don't forget the failed attempt to leave the Suns early and go to Essendon. That was at the end of 2011, after his first season at the Suns

Yep so from that national draft of 2010 we now have Conca #6, Caddy #7, Prestia #9 and we're making a play next year for Tom Lynch #11.
