Hot weather

Hot night in Melbourne, still 38deg but temperature's dropped in Geelong already. Hope it's an earlier than expected cool change tonight.
 
For those worried about the heat, the current temperature at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Island, Russia, near Vladivostok on the Northern Pacific, is now -28C

The forecast is for an improvement tomorrow, only -22C
 
Frankston's gone from 35deg to 34 to 30 to 25 in 90 minutes and now there back to 33deg !

Strange weather.

I tell you what i have had enough of this hot weather, 8 out of the last 11 days here in melbourne over 30 degrees and another 4 to come from thursday.

I hate to imagine what people in the country have to put up with.

For me it's time summer got up and PO out of here. I can only put up with heat for so long.
 
Wow and people used to constantly tell me they didn't like Melbourne's weather because it was cold. I am loving the warmth. Beach two nights in a row for a swim. Magnificent. 8-
 
That part of Russia would have warmed up a little if that Meteor cannoned into it.

Same here Tommo. I can't stand heatwaves...especially the ones with hot nights.

I was meaning to ask Streaker how he handles that WA heat especially in this summer.

As for that Sky Channel (nee Weather Channel).....yeah keep talking Qld and NSW.....forget the rest of us.
