Looks like the 2022 GF could be in October again.......October 1 .....bloody calendar :))

Daylight savings back from tonight!

6 of the Dees 7 goals from stoppages were when Jackson was rucking.
That can say a few things right?
Number 1 Jackson was terrific.
#2 he outmatched (jump dominance) the Dogs fraudulent ruck department
#3 dogs were onguard for Gawn but overlooked Jackson and overrated their own English

Demons fans accused of sneaking into WA attended AFL’s VIP afterparty (paywalled)
It can be revealed the pair attended a glamorous afterparty hosted by the AFL at Perth’s Crown casino in the exclusive Crystal Club lounge.

The function began at 9.30pm after the game and was attended by league bosses including chief executive Gillon McLachlan, corporate sponsors, entertainment acts, broadcasters and other VIP guests.

It had a cap of 300 attendees, all of whom were given wristbands to gain access to the glitzy night, which kicked on until 1am.

But the AFL said they did not invite the pair to the function and did not know how they obtained highly sought-after wristbands to the event.
'Tickets' McLachlan is the theme that runs throughout.

True but suspended sentences are a joke. Like the afl forever issuing fines with a massive suspended component that never gets enacted.
Three months' jail is pretty serious. They're facing business registration repercussions also. And charges in the NT which they won't be able to attend court for.

If we were in the same position and still hadn't won since 1980, most of us would at least contemplate it without getting to the planning stage. Wonder whether the memories will be worth it.
