Nice effort by Ben Curtis there Today, opens with a Birdie to go 6 under and into the lead then proceeds to reel off 6 bogeys and a double bogey in the next 8 holes.....thats Golfing your ball !!!!

Finished with an 80............from first to 102nd that quickly, brutal !!!!
 
Not sure what has so far been the worst fashion faux pas of the Open: Daly on day one or Daly on day two.

Carnage out there today. Might even be worse for the later groups.
 
OK, anyone want to wager a bet on this thing now ???...........I say anyoine of about 60 could still win it.........I like going out on a limb occasionally...........what a mess this has turned into......

Would I love to see Daly it a shake........Man, that would be the Sports Story for the Ages..........and YES, even in those pants.

I reckon all 65 who made the cut can win it. Garcia did look good out there. Hope he gets home for Tannerz. If he doesn't win, then perhaps Calcavecchia.
 
Can Watson hold on ???..............What chances Matty Goggin to finally crack it for a first PGA title ??

little torn, would love to see Googin win it, but Man, what a story Watson would be.........might just sit back and watch without bias I think, should be a great day's Golf.
 
Same here. I've had a few chats to Goggin back in the day and he's a pretty nice bloke but Watson winning would be unbelievable.
 
Goggin crumbled in the last few holes.

Watson steady as a rock until the last. Bogey sent in into a play-off with Cink.

Geez pommie sporting crowds are so much better then americans, so much more appreciative of good golf rather then just patriotic

Is this anything to do with him being caught farting whilst putting? There's a video email doing the rounds of Tiger putting and the super-sensitive effects mike picking up the sound of him letting one go!
