The conditions were horrendous. Patrick Reeds 6 under was remarkable.Finally watched the last round, Herbert played steady with flashes of brilliance, but gee did the other contenders gift him a tour card.
The top couple of guys couldn't have made any more mistakes if they tried. If they were from Pakistan there would be questions being asked I reckon.
Must have been blowing 60 kph on occasion. They stopped play at one point. Good win by the Herbertron.

Had a trundle with Tooheys woods today , tells me hes a hacker , then go’s and knocks 4 irons to a few feet from the hole on par 5s , nearly has hole in ones on super tough par 3s ……….bandit

We’ve added Royal Birkdale and Royal Lytham to the trip , and hanging around St Andrews the day after the Open with the small chance of getting on the Old .
My mates an EPL fan so we’re doing a tour of Anfield and Old Trafford , also going to have some strawberries and cream at Wimbledon while we are in London pre Open
Ffs. My burgeoning golf career is under serious threat. Been told I have a high probability of needing a total joint replacement in my middle left finger (no doubt from over use on the roads and at the football), plus the possibility of both knees needing replacement as well.
If I can get back out there at all, do they have a Tour for old robots ????
Geez. Bit devo at the moment….seems the finger alone might be a big problem where gripping the club properly is concerned.
