Incredible, you’d think with an outdoor individual sport, that you could mask up and stay 1.5 or more yards away. Imagine if the test was incorrect.John Rahm forced to retire due to positive covid test at the Memorial Tournament.
Matching all-time records with an 18-under 198 score for 54 holes and a six-stroke lead and even threw in a hole in one for *smile* n giggles.
It probably just cost him over 2 million AUD.
Covid is deadly alright.
edit: I just saw he’d been tested each day after been in contact with somebody with Covid and they double tested the positive test.
Just watching the Memorial now, a player Ive never heard of Bo Hoag, sounds like somebody’s parents liked the Mississippi moonshine a bit too much.

Looked like been the one out of huge bunch of talented youngsters a few years back, I’m told a lot of those have fallen of the planet.
Friend of mine is really good mates with that group, she has always said he’s the clear best and a good country lad. I believe he’s no relation to the late Ross Herbert , who many say is the best short game coach there’s been in this country , no Rudeford I did not have any lessons of him, he was a golf coach not a witch doctor

Ever since I’ve hooked an oxygen mask up to the cart and have a handful of beta blockers on the first tee I’m as clam as a cork in the ocean.
Now that was a great simple golf swing , if he could putt, would have been in the top 20 for along time. What was that score he had around The Masters at Huntingdale ? Nobody would have beaten him that week.
An old pal of mine who used to be his caddy , thinks his the bees knees in the coaching, I’ve seen a bit of his stuff , basic principles, no reinventing of the wheel.
Sent me old neighbour ( Gary Edwin style coach) who I grew up playing with a video of my “new” swing , he said nothing wrong , go make birdies lol, cruel bastard he’s obviously keen for a tatts ticket match , then he’ll point out all the faults as I go get the first round of sherbets
Ffs. Don’t bet that often on golf - too hard - but when Morikawa went way out to 21-1 when the second round was suspended, I jumped on.
Lucky Rham dropped out but punters always get more bad luck than good so you need to make it count but CM just wasn’t good enough today. Him and Cantlay made some tough putts but didn’t really play all that well. Cantlay just that tiny bit better.
Lot of battling/average play by the final groups on Tour this year. Seems like a year of ‘he who hangs on best wins’ rather than great golf winning.

Tough marker. He did win the Omega Desert Classic on the European Tour last year beating DeChambeau, Fleetwood, Sergio, Hovland, Oosthuizen etc and pocketing $770,000 at age 24 !
Great to see Lumpy Herron continuing to stick to the same diet he always has, is there more fries with that

Yep apparently that’s happening up here, sounds small , however I believe a Saturday comp had about 60 people pre COVID , now they are getting 100+. Lots of footy players have joined the club

If you are playing like he does I imagine you had an eagle and 3 birdies mixed with a triple (that you can't work out how you had) and 2 bogeys for an even par round that screamed potential?
