Hawks have turned the corner a bit and they've done it on young skilled players and obviously good coaching. Did this happen in 5 mins? Nah it took about 5 years so buckle in Tiges.

Agree and it’s the blueprint we need to follow. Our problem is given our lack of quality kids, we are right at the very beginning of the rebuild. long, painful years ahead.

In Yze’s defense, he just does not have the players particularly in the younger demographic.
