Gameday - Tigers V Swans

Started to rain and have a feeling the 3 goal deficit is going to be too hard to run down while battling the umps too.

But seriously the coach doesn’t ask the players for the Gameplan.
The Honeymoon is Over baby - we are in a state of limbo, flux

Watching Jack in long sleeves, is this flu still affecting the players?

Mini may as not bother turning up to his interview if this continues.

This is an effort issue not a game plan issue. This is about getting the boys to buy I to the game plan.

To me, looks like the entire team is not buying in

Going forward play the f kids .
Trade out the value except Dusty , Bolton and errrrrr.
We need to be 2010 again....

When we let them run, we get burnt on the spread (as we always have done under this coaching regime). Sometimes you need a plan B and Sydney like a lot of teams don’t like contested footy.

When we made it contested footy in Q2, we looked much better. Given our playing list and poor kicking skills, it’s a better option. At least going 1-1 for a while makes it a contest. Better than giving them +2 behind the ball (Ruck plus one other) & watching them run on the overlap.

Here is a chance for a future coach to earn some kudos and bring them over the line with a win.

Pretty poor to date I must admit.
However we are not out of ts game if we can just get some sort of game plan going and kick those easy goals.
Not that I am expecting to win I might add on the performance to date.
Getting smashed again in the clearances too.
Yep still in the game. A couple of easy misses that if scored would mean barely a goal down. 16 inside 50s that quarter. At least we're creating opportunities.

I was at the G to see an extremely commited side v Stk. This seems a million miles away. Tentative. Iffy. Fumbly. Second guessing. A couple of players not quite up to it. Some senior players very questionable halves.

If Mini was good enough after 10years as an assistant he wouldn’t have been asked to go through thefull interview process
He’d be straight through to the final stage

Shai better.
Ross good.
Dustin getting involved and trying to involve Rioli D.
Balta and Vlastuin doing what they do.
Need more from Jackmond, Pickett, Rioli M, Kmac, TT, Hopper...
they are quicker than us, so we have to be precise and halving contests at least.

Agree

Blokes need to show what they Ican do. As with a new coach, list spots have to be on the line
