Agree. They have lifted and look quicker and cleaner than us. No chance we win tonight. Also reckon next week will be ugly. Dogs are super quick and suoer skilled. Will be a hammering. Cats we might be ok as they are as slow as us

Agree. Looks like Choco (if it was him) has done a good job with their mental side. They look more confident and less scared as in previous seasons.
Dusty 6 disposals, Cotch 4, Graham 8 but 3 turnovers, Bolton 10 but only 2 in 2nd quarter. We can't win unless something changes quickly. Forward entries are atrocious. And who's on Salem? 23 disposals to half time for a backman?
Balta is another one down somewhat this year.

May just be the passing of the guard. I think the fact we didnt start upgrading players like Castagna, Aarts, Rioli and Lambert is going to bring the dynasty to a sudden halt. We have no real promising mids coming through the 2s. Our small forwards have become stale and our only glimmer is MRJ. Same with our young backs.
We dominated the first quarter and a half but as usual in the first part of seasons we don’t put it on scoreboard. So wasteful in our forward line. Then Melbourne turns it around and dominated from 10m into second quarter but they basically goaled every time they went inside 50. That’s the difference in the game so far.
