Game day Tigers v Hawks

Thats just woeful edwards...centering kivk to a wall of hawks???

Along with his non efforts to chase...im.done.
Just can't fathom how he is still getting a game. 6 disposals 3 turnovers, 1 contested, zero tackles. 300 games should have been it.

Haw have always given us a little trouble. Matchups? Who knows. Rapt with that half. When Bolton gets back with the pizza we should turn on jets again.

Decision making in the 2Q was terrible.
Who kicked it into centre straight in hawthorn? Terrible

Most amazing score review I have ever seen.

Ball went through for a behind, only doubt was whether it touched the behind post.

Insufficient evidence to suggest it touched the post. So umpires call, which the goal umpire called as out of bounds initially.

Throw in results in a goal to Hawthorn.

Seriously, so dumb.
So AFL.

Hopefully that was our classic second quarter rest-and-soak-it-up. Think Hawthorn had 16 inside 50s to 9 and only won the quarter by 3 points.

Sheds will probably be sub in the finals. But he'll still need match fitness, so it makes sense to play him.

Good first half with predictable lapses. Every time we drop pressure, they score. That’s why we give up leads - need to go harder and build on them.

Went too much to Lynch in second half of that quarter. Jack could have released Maurice junior into an open goal was one example.

Wind seems to be favouring city end so need a big third quarter.

Edwards clearly is at the end for me - just doesn’t back himself now. He knows he no longer has the leg speed.

Why cant these campaigners kill off an opposition when we have them dead to rights?

Keep them interested how many games have the Tigers lost this season because they refuse to push a 6 goal lead out to 8 when they are dominant.

One or two easy goals missed stupid turnovers, a dumb free kick here and there and the opposition get a sniff whereas one more straight kick for goal can be the catalyst to end them.

7 - 8 goal leads are where you often break the back of your opposition and they lose the will to keep going as the scoreboard damage is obvious.

Now the tigers lead by less than 5.

Frustrating AF .

We gave the Hawks 3 shots on goal in red time of that quarter. We looked slow in the last 5 minutes. Why do we constantly run out of steam late in quarters?

Is it because we are not fit enough for a full term of running?

Or

Is it because we get our rotations wrong during the quarter and run out of rotations at the end of each quarter?
