What a crap game. Very little pressure, very little effort from the Tiges.
That third quarter was a farce. We were disinterested and the umpires decided that, if we got within 5 metres of the ball and there was a Freo player within 100 metres, then it was holding the ball against us. But they could grab the ball, bury it under themselves, no probs, ball up.
Our mids were rubbish.
Do we have small forwards? No evidence they exist today.
Can umpires be consistent? Hmm, already know the answer to that one: NO!

Double the antiseptic in Prestia drip. Hoe Shed isn't stating in AFL Exec Party Central hub so he gets plenty of sleep. Will be needed next month.
We Won, who cares about the rest. 4 wins in a shortened fixture period is a top effort. Now we have the bye and take on the Cats to find out if we can put ourselves in a position to win the lot. Job done, lets move on

This nothing game in between the Eagles and Cats games was always going to be a struggle in my opinion albeit a spot in the 4. We played like it was a slog and struggled to get invested.... no excuses either but it happens. We lifted at 3/4 time like a good side does and got the job done.
I expect a big effort after the bye...some players to come back...We saw what we can do last week... I reckon they r setting themselves for post bye but had to tick tonight off somehow.. and they did.

I would have been more surprised if you'd written he WASN'T !!! Just another night for Slobbo Robbo, then again, who can blame him, I'd have to be paralytic to be able to sit across from Whateley every night and listen to his absolute dribble.
And that's what ended up happening (not that it helps us supporters).
