He obviously knows what he’s talking about but the tone and inflection of his voice is unbearable.

He could be reading out the power ball winning numbers a day in advance of the draw and you wouldn’t be able to stomach listening to it.

Needs hardcore elocution training.

He has the thoughts. He just can’t get it out of his head coherently. All comes in a rush with four different words jumbled together randomly.
