In every game we have lost this year we have been in front in the 3rd quarter (Adelaide by only just). Our losses have come off the back of dropping off significantly in 3rd quarters and dropping bundles in the last. EVERY SINGLE ONE.
Not sure whether it is fitness, loss of focus or both but, the equation is simple. 4 consistent quarters or we lose.

We don't need to know the outcome, as your actions going forward will decide whether you're any chance of being saved.
The under strengthened Carlton backline does not make things significantly better is. That last 40 min in round 1, their tall defenders had an RDO in the backline… their small half backs ran hard and combined with their midfield gave the Carlton forwards repeat looks for a substantive period of time.
