Game Day - Innaugural game vs Carlton Rnd 1 2020

Really looking forward to this. Having listened to the first two The Originals podcasts you can understand what the club and girls have done to get where they are today. A win against the Blues in their first ever AFLW match will be brilliant.

After finally getting the ball down our forward line we let the Blue bags get the ball out too easily.
 
And again, we finally get the ball in our forward line and then let them take the ball out way too ****** easily.

First game of ladies footy I’ve ever watched ,

Our desire seems to be ok , with chasing, tackling , competing etc

Carlton just move the ball better than us

Would enjoy it better if the commentators could just STFU a little bit. Could use the mute but I like hearing the crowd sounds and what the players and umpires are saying.
 
Getting smashed. Wakefield took a mark not much more than 10 metres out with a great chance to kick the historical first goal.

Unfortunately didn’t even make the distance:nono
