Im ready to doze off here ...... maybe the worst quarter of Football I can recall in many years to be honest.

Thought the defenders did well that term under an onslaught. Balta has been very good. Don't reckon we went inside 50 once until Dustin kicked the goal.
It's amazing how we manage to be selfish and unselfish at the same time up forward, Riewoldt unnecessarily takes his man into Rioli Jnr and changes the course of the game. We ice the clock and then Nankervis takes the long kick into 50 even though there are better kicks free beside him.
Finally Dustin attends a centre bounce, more of that please, but telling we still battled for clearance when we really need it.
Heard a lot of the Rocky theme that quarter, had me looking around for someone to fight. Rachele is quite the entertainer.
Umpiring got even better again, hard to see how that was possible. If there is any decency in football, both teams will line up for a guard of honour as they leave the field post game.

This was how we were set up though. Our forwards are expected to mark it inside 50, and either they or the balls in haven't been good enough. It was always likely to rebound quickly if we couldn't mark it. We marked it in the 1st quarter, and when we marked inside 50 that quarter (Jack and Dusty) we had scoring shots but also importantly it didn't give them a chance to rebound, but we aren't using our height as we are panic kicking constantly.
Fitness has to be questioned. Old legs maybe on a few but work rate was deplorable
