Could have done with MRJ in the fwd line. Dows clean hands in the middle. Parkers bigger body and desire to stick it up his old team. Mansells run and hardness out of the backline. Nah.. We decide to play 3 giraffes. Has to be one of the worst team selections ive seen. All that intel that left these last few years is starting to show. Same as Hawks. Senior coach only as good as the people around him.

Reality check here for coaches & players. Hardwick needs to understand that clearance & contested ball is the new game. Can not rely on turnovers. Can not take cheap uncontested game plan into games & expect to win. Players half hearted tonight - turned up thinking it would just happen. No excuses. Time to re-evaluate & have a good hard look at things.

I don’t mind losing games but not like this. Our game plan is confused and a few players are not up to it. I think we confused poor form with a game plan not working. It needed a tweak but not the 180 turn around that has been implemented.
