Reporter: spent the whole time going through tapes counting *smile* touches!
Spouse: I will clear a spot on the mantel for your Walkely.
Think we have taken over another Scumwood title: we sell more papers than any other club.

Thanks for the pointer.....very good.... Some nice drive bys on Cornes Robbo BT....but captures a lot of my feelings about footy.. thinking back even more glad we have at least AFL, there were plenty who were calling for it to be abandoned in April .didn't know where to put this decent bit of writing so here will do ..

My gripe with the footy media is how selective they are in reporting. I don’t mind that the ball grabbing and ass poking has been called out as inappropriate but focusing on just one club and turn it into a hate fest?! My attitude to selective reporting best described by Dimma when asked about umpiring ‘it’s the ones they don’t pay that hurt you. If they are consistent then we can cop it’

Have we upset an apple cart in a media briefing somewhere? I’ve never seen a more targeted attack on a club such as rfc this year... just today, jacks “hit”, Dusty “pushes someone” in a marking contest, Talia “who cares” Harris isn’t happy with the “assault” response etc and that’s just this morning!
Good call bairdy. It was how amazing they are and everybody loves them and wank wank wank.
It’s us. We said it for years. Once we got good the terror would drive them.
Anyone else watching the Sunday Footy show? They are all fawning over Port and well they played with Cornes saying they dominated, should have won by more blah blah blah. No mention of how well we played and how undermanned we were. It’s sickening.
Still feeling pretty annoyed about the horrendous bias of those commentators last night. They were all just barracking for a Port win. The height of unprofessionalism. At one stage McChins yelled “in the back” like a supporter in the stands when Dusty tackled a Port player. It was clearly not in the back and for once the umpire got it right.
As is the case every week we got royally rogered by the umpires but not one comment from the commentators about it. We happen to get a dubious free and they fall out of their chairs screaming how unlucky Port is. Yet Port continually got away with incorrect disposal when tackled but move on nothing to see here.
It is becoming unbearable and insufferable. It is so unprofessional it’s embarrassing for the broadcasters.Its been happening for years. When we were *smile* they’d laugh at us. Now we’re the best they cheer for us to lose. The Brisbane final last year was almost as bad as last night. Can’t recall a dominant team being afford so little respect.
I so badly want to win it again this year to stick it right up there fat arses. *smile* em all!
