Watch the vision and pay attention to the 5 to 6 second mark and ask yourself if he dives on the ball? Clearly yes.
As has been clearly communicated over a number of years, if you choose to dive on a loose ball you must move it on or it is holding the ball.
Ask yourself does he move the ball on? Clearly no. Therefore holding the ball.
The only thing confusing people is that he stood back up after he dived. The reality is it doesn't matter if you stand up, do a triple somersault or stand on your head, if you choose to dive on the ball and don't get it out again then it is holding the ball.
