Yep he's our new 'Andy Collins'. Bloody great asset.

And The Fly continues to show his excellent coaching credentials. (Kudos to Xavier Clarke as well.) Great to see the VFL team smash their opposition, no matter how vulnerable they were ... a very efficient and decisive victory to my way of thinking.

Fly was employed because he is seen as a great developer of talent. It seems that it was an astute appointment, the VFL Tigers are going very nicely at present.

I like the fact that they when given the opposition absolutely smash them with big margins.

Let's hope he isn't poached like Collins was when we were developing nicely.

Like both your points, Waiting. Have no doubt that McRae would be in the mix for some potential senior positions in the forthcoming future. He's got a pretty good footy pedigree. And he's a really good manager of young men and knows how to develop footballers.

Fly will be my 1st choice as next coach when Dimma Bernie goes.

Fly is now coach of Collingwood. Leppa assistant.

It's like there's an allegiance.

What if Collingwood brings in Clarko to coach in 2023?

People are about to make some big mistakes. Fly may be free. And he's formed an allegiance.

Who can foresee how this plays out?

Elsewhere we've all bagged one or two players for values. (Tom Leper Mitchell.)

Fly is Mr Values.

Is he too old-fashioned. Nup. Intense and frank. But diplomatic.

Is he too quiet? I dunno. Are microwaves too quiet?

That Craig McRae is no longer at RFC is wrong. It's bad. We've heard them all speak. Mr Culture. Mr Message.

Peggy is the President. Brendon is CEO.
