Hi all first post. Here goes.
Not a lot of love for Naismith. Would play him and Nank with one forward. Would also like to see Lefau as a third very mobile tall fwd.
For now swing Balta to defense to cover Gibcus and bring in Miller to cover young.
McAuliife for Prestia and add some run and pace with Trezise and Clarke.

Reverse psychology, I like it
Interesting this week, hate losing gibcus and young but miller has shown he has the potential if he gets his head right which hopefully he has and gives brown or trezise a crack
Losing Prestia could be a blessing as it changes our midfield mix which I believe is needed
I feel a bit like we played a bit of a bottom side GF last week,
and may have a let down?
but with a forward line of Bolton Lynch Dusty,
anything could happen any week.

Imagine that, Geecheat trade out their future first (Brown) for the #20 pick at the time (Holmes). We then go on to pass on van Hoogenband at pick 17 opting for Brown, JVR consequently landing at Melbn 2 picks later (#19). Then come end of this season Brown requests a trade to Geecheat. Couldn't script that.
I dont disagree he should get a crack in the ones to show what hes got,
but the logic is a bit flawed.
if he's a reserves level footballer, you want Geelong to take him.
not making the comparison, but ben Lennon and Corey ellis had elite feet.

Oh dear M. Rioli and Mansfield still in starting 18. Chalk this up as another loss
How Mansell has retained a spot in the team after last week's average performance plus the momentum-killing easy miss is beyond me.
