Changes vs Geelong

Going by what Dimma said, looks like Tarrant stays in. Duz for Chimp is the obvious, and I'd rather add Mozza for speed and pressure with Balta out. Keep Lambo in.

Have Geelong mentioned they are in a heavy training period yet?
They've gone extra hard.

With their age i'm waiting for the injuries to start

If you have a Telstra ID you can get a Level 1 ticket for $20+bf. I just snagged 2 in the AFL members section M23 (not sure why they gave me AFL members, but i'll take it).

Soldo must come in.
Both ruckmen need to compete with Shovekins when there’s a ball up or boundary throw in deep in their forward line to stop him scoring easy goals which he’s prone to do
There has to be a ‘plan’ against this tactic which is there for all to see.

No way do we allow a ‘defender’ up against, nor Pickett if floating in the back half.. the player has to play in front. Do not allow him front position to grab the ball , tap it to a running forward or ‘shove’ the player and grab if for a shot on goal…

Geelong hate pressure. Surely Jnr will be considered.
Has to be. ! We need that forward pressure, perceived pressure and tackling pressure. The unlucky one for this game is Clarke. No disgrace there for the kid. Hasn’t done much wrong.

Would love to either debut Cumberland or Stack gets a shot with MRJ.

I would rest Edwards… just my thought on how we get Stacky in.

A mate of one of the cats senior players (sorry seniors player) let on that they have developed a really sophisticated heavy training program that has been lifted from the seniors lifestyle website - very sensible to seek independent advice I would have thought.

Bravo cats.

The program, as you can see below is cutting edge stuff and is heavily based around cross training techniques - the new secret weapon coming out of the chattery.

1. Water aerobics

7 best exercises for seniors (and a few to avoid!)

Great water aerobics exercises for salty cats include:
  1. Flutter kicking
  2. Paw lifts
  3. Tail curls

2. Chair yoga

7 best exercises for seniors (and a few to avoid!)

Great chair yoga exercises for pushy cats include:
  • Seated cow stretch
  • Seated cat stretch
  • Seated danger pose

3. Pilates

7 best exercises for seniors (and a few to avoid!)

Some great pilates exercises for older adults cats include:
  • Mermaid movement (cats love mermaids)

Ins: Soldo, Dusty, Maurice Jnr
Outs: Balta (Inj), Cotchin (Inj), Clarke

I don't think we will make more than 3 changes, but I was impressed with Stack last week in the ressies, hypothetically speaking, if either Lambo or Shedda are out or to be the sub, then id hope stacky comes in.

Let’s hope we aren’t the ones looked by the media ‘pensioner’ some of our players instead of vice Versa.
