Changes v Lions qualifying final

With both Nank and Soldo in the team (never seen before?) does this mean they just tag team on and off the ground? Wouldn't want both on the ground at once would we?

I reckon they will predominately work off the bench '67

im looking forward to watching it unfold in real life.

Any win will do me ,

Without meaning to look ahead, got this feeling the winner will face the Eagles in a prelim, i suspect they are much better than what they showed against the hawks and will bounce back and win 2 in a row ,

Loser faces the dogs,

Right now, think id rather face the eagles,

lets get it done

Cats will ask for a home final at GHMBA and you know what they actually deserve it especially against an interstate side.
Hope the cats wherever they play the eagles beat them.

Nothing to do with team selection but I'm not going to tempt fate by opening a game day thread a day early. one weather app I use had max temp 24 and game time under 20 .... best we can hope for

Yep, I wouldn't play both, think it will be a mistake.

Actually playing both is 100% right. Soldo has improved and will play 1st ruck. Nanks will play 2nd ruck/forward.

Who would play the 2nd ruck better than nanks, chol or balta? don't think so Nank by the length of Flemington straight.

He plays hard and tough, can find the ball, good overhead mark and is good for 1%'s

chol and balta are developing but they were getting 3-5 disposals that is playing one man down.

Dusty just rang me, he can’t sleep he is having nightmares of Berry tagging him tomorrow night?

Is that a move Faggon did on his own or did he use his 50-50 or phone a friend?

I actually think Nank is underestimated as a mark and shot at goal ,

my only concern is we become a bit slow up forward

Correct on all points.
No point being fast if you can’t
1. Get the ball.
2. Mark the ball overhead.
3. Tackle like a muthrfkr.
Nank’s does all this and more.
Added bonus is that if Soldo is not performing, Nanks takes over.

Personally, I hope Geelong get there A into G next week and put the Wet Coats out to dry. I can't see that happening though, the Cats look like Usain Bolt in an Ultra Marathon! They looked so lactic last night even Cliffy Young overtook them miles back.

We have won our last 9 straight but I still can't help but feel we haven't hit full stride yet.

Barring the game against West Coke, we've cruised through a lot of our wins but really we're yet to have a real break out game this season.

As much as I would love to see it this weekend, I hope we save our best moves for the final dance.

Roll through the gears for parts of the game when we need to but put the accelerator down in the GF.

That's if we make it of course...

GO TIGES!

Only Tiger at the Sydney Airport..... lift NSW... Go Tiges
You are in for a long day and night Mr B. Don't know if you like the singing syrup on match day ... Would need stamina to be still going at the final siren. I'm going to have to exercise maximum discipline to pace myself through watching the other match from 330

P.J.O'Brien's should have it, but I've never watched the footy there.
I'd be asking for a raise. A big raise.
